When will I need to verify my account?

Account Verification is necessary once you have passed your personalised Account Verification Limit as displayed within the sidebar of your account. This is typically a cumulative total of £100/€135 in GBP/EUR deposit or withdrawal transactions, however we reserve the right to request Account Verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may delay or prevent the use of our Services.

In some instances we may require you to verify your account sooner, and this is usually due to your account being flagged by one of our automated fraud and risk processes. We apologise if your account is inadvertently flagged.
