The bitcoin network is still scaling to cope with the demand of processing high volumes of transactions. This means at peak times, lengthy delays can be experienced.
Sometimes this can be overcome by increasing the network transaction fees, however other times this has no affect and transactions can remain in limbo for a number of days. At these times we may choose to queue transactions until a more suitable time to ensure that ultimately they are confirmed sooner and for a sensible transaction fee.
Kindly note that when this happens, your send transaction will not appear in your Bitcoin Send History, however you will receive a confirmation email to say it has been processed.
Your transaction will appear in your Bitcoin Send History once we have broadcast it to the network.
