Withdrawing funds

Users can withdraw funds from their account via the three methods detailed below:

GBP bank withdrawal

GBP balances can be withdrawn via bank transfer using the UK Faster Payments System (FPS). This requires a GBP account held at a UK bank to withdraw to and, while typically only taking a few minutes, can take up to 2 hours to reflect in your account.

A full guide on how to withdraw via bank transfer can be found here.

EUR bank withdrawal

EUR balances can be withdrawn via bank transfer to any EUR account that can accept payments sent via the SEPA payment network. SEPA payments can take 3 working days to arrive, but we typically find that withdrawals reflect within the first working day.

A full guide on how to withdraw via bank transfer can be found here.

Bitcoin withdrawal

BTC balances can be withdrawn to any other valid Bitcoin wallet, or a Lightning invoice, in the Send/Receive tab. We batch user transactions into groups before broadcasting them to the network which can take up to 15 minutes, and certain larger withdrawals may be held up while we conduct some routine security checks. Lightning withdrawals will be processed without any delays.

A full guide on how to withdraw in bitcoin can be found here. We do not have send/receive functionality in place for altcoin balances.

Note: Any bank withdrawals requested outside of office hours (9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday) will be processed at the next opportunity.
