At the minute our GBP bank services are unavailable, which means we can only process bank deposits and withdrawals in EUR. More information can be found here.
We process bank deposits and withdrawals three times per day; once in the morning, once in the afternoon and once in the evening. Any requests submitted after 12pm (London, UK time) may not be processed until the following working day.
Currently we can only send payments via SEPA, not SWIFT. Any withdrawals processed will arrive in your account within the next 1-3 working days.
Some bank accounts are not SEPA compatible, so you will need to check with your bank before requesting your withdrawal to see if you can receive SEPA payments.
