While our GBP bank services are still unavailable we do now have an alternative in place for users with a GBP balance. This alternative is the ability to withdraw GBP from your account to your debit card, and this can be done on the Card Withdrawal page.
The process for doing so can be found below:
Step One: Login to your account
Step Two: Go to the Withdrawal page
Click here to go to our Withdrawals page. You will see two tabs labelled 'Bank' and 'Card', go to the 'Card' tab.
Step Three: Enter an amount
Enter the amount you want to withdraw in the box, the estimated admin fees will be returned in the bottom right. If you are happy click 'Withdraw'.
Step Four: Enter your card details*
Enter the details of the card that you want to withdraw to, making sure that your details are entered exactly as they are on your card. Click 'Pay Now' when you're happy to proceed.
* Please note that similar terms are in place for card withdrawals as we have in place for bank withdrawals. We cannot process withdrawals to cards associated with e-wallets or payment service providers (such as Revolut), and any withdrawals must be to a card that is registered to you, third party withdrawals are not permitted.
If all your details are in order then your withdrawal will be processed immediately and the funds will be visible in your bank account within 3 working days.
