Why is my Bitcoin withdrawal pending?

We batch user transactions into groups before processing them and broadcasting them to the Bitcoin network, and your transaction will show as 'pending' in your History while your transaction is batched. This process should only take up to 15 minutes however, so if your transaction is still pending after that then there may be a problem with it.

Confirming BTC withdrawals

We recently added a new security feature to the BTC withdrawal process that requires users to confirm any Bitcoin transaction sent from their CoinCorner wallet before it is processed and broadcast to the network.

Any transactions that are not confirmed by clicking the link will remain in a pending state until confirmed or cancelled and will not show in your balance while pending. To cancel a pending transaction and have the funds credited back to your CoinCorner wallet, or to have the email resent, then please email support@coincorner.com.

We are aware that some users with a Hotmail, Outlook or Live email address may have some problems receiving these emails from us, so if you are using an email address that fits that criteria then we would ask that you whitelist our domain (coincorner.com) with your email provider if you aren't receiving your send confirmation email.

You can turn these emails off, however will only be able to do so if you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account. Users with 2FA enabled will be able to disable these emails on the Notifications page. A guide on how to activate 2FA on your account can be found here.
