CoinCorner now gives users the ability to sign up for personal accounts or merchant accounts. Signing up for a merchant account with CoinCorner is quick and easy, and a guide on how to do so can be found below.
Please note that different company entities will require different information and documents to be provided, the screenshots below are taken from the process of registering as a Private Limited Company.
Go to the Merchant Register page
You will need to go to the Merchant Register page to register for a business account, to get there go to the Register page and click the Register link at the top of the registration box.
Register for an account
This page is where you will create your merchant account. Enter your company name, your email address and your password in the top three text boxes. Choose what type of business you are from the Type Of Business Entity dropdown and what country your business operates in from the Country of Incorporation dropdown*.
* currently we can only accept account applications from businesses incorporated in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
Fill out your Company Details
You will be immediately forwarded on to a page to verify your account, merchant accounts will need to be verified before you can conduct any activity. The first stage of this process is to provide us with information about your company by filling out all the boxes in the Company Details tab.
Upload Company Documents
Next you will need to upload your company documents. Each different business entity will require different documents uploaded, and the documents we require from you will be stated in the Upload Company Documents tab.
Add the relevant people
Finally you will need to add the information of all people who hold a relevant position in the company. Click Add Person+ and fill out each relevant person's details in the boxes provided and upload a proof of identity and address document for each.
When you have finished click Submit Application to send your application to our team for review. A member of the team will take a look at all the information provided and get back to you via email if required.
