Why hasn’t my Bolt Card arrived?

You’ve ordered your Bolt Card and are naturally excited for its arrival. If it’s taking longer than expected please read the below to see if it answers your query?

 

Once your Bolt Card order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to the address you have registered with us. If you’ve not received this it means your order hasn’t been placed. 

 

You will receive confirmation by email once we dispatch your card.

 

Due to high levels of demand we are experiencing some delays in processing orders. If you haven’t received your dispatch confirmation it means your order hasn’t yet been sent.
