Why hasn’t my Bolt Card arrived?

You’ve ordered your Bolt Card and are naturally excited for its arrival. If it’s taking longer than expected please read below to see if it answers your query.


Once your Bolt Card order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. If you’ve not received this it means your order hasn’t completed. If your funds have been sent but you have not received the confirmation email please let us know as it may be that the invoice expired or was underfunded. 


You will receive an additional dispatch confirmation by email when we dispatch your card(s). If you have selected tracked shipping when placing your order your tracking number will be included in the dispatch email. You can track your package by going to the Royal Mail website at this link https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item If you did not select tracked shipping when placing your order it will be delivered by standard post and there is no way for us to track your package.


Our expected delivery times are noted below:

UK   1 – 3 Working Days
Europe   10 – 15 Working Days
Rest of World   15 – 25 Working Days

Please note, whilst we typically meet the timescales set out above, we ask that you allow up to 28 days for delivery to Europe and the rest of the World.
